OHH YES 4 OF THESE ARE DEFINENTLY GOING INTO MY RED AGRRO DRAGON ARTIFACT DECK ! I plan to use 4 copies of Semblance Anvil to reduce the costs of my dragons and their accompaning artifacts to between 0-3 mana , (maybe I should use the Anvil on sorceries or instants too ) and this dude will cost 1 mana ,give me a half way decent creature AND grant me a red "dark ritual" . This and the one where he sacs a creature and pays 1 to get 3 mana . Geosurge is also going to be a staple in my deck! WHEEE !

Remember kids, you can also use it with blink effects, such as Venser, The Sojourner to generate {R}{R}{R} every turn as needed! (Your turns only, obviously)
