Realistically, it's a good card functionally, however there really aren't any applications for it at this point in time. I seriously hope there will be, though. I look at it and almost begs for someone to find a use for it.

Semblance Anvil (imprinting sorcery), Time Reversal into Monomania. Finish them with cheap Sorin's Vengeance's.

As much as complainers are whining, I've seen this put to scary good use in a blue beatdown strategy, using Grand Architect to spit this out earlier, forcing the opponent to redraw their hand as the blue player can play out more Illusions for the win.
I also saw a semblance Anvil, 2 cost draw a card artifact deck with Time Sieve using this for the hand replacement as well.
The hand replacement effect can make for an a really overwhelming victory, but it's not broken at the cost and you won't see many people playing it as a 4 of in any decks.

Grand Architect's mana ability won't help you cast this spell. "Spend this mana only to cast artifact spells or activate abilities of artifacts."
Overall, the effect is amusing, but without an untap clause or something fancy to break the symmetry, you could just give your opponent card advantage with this. I would never play this spell against a burn deck. . . nor Windfall, nor Wheel of Fortune. Rebuying my opponent's Lightning Bolts and Burst Lightnings is not good.

it works with a Riddlesmith deck with mana producers and things that make your spells free like Semblance Anvil (all of course are preferably artifacts so you can refill your bullets when you're out combo-ing.
