I absolutely love this card. I have a W token deck with a red spash for field pump and light removal and this guy wins the game nearly single-handedly if no one can get him out of there quick enough. 5/5

People would love this guy if he had only the first ability, or only the second ability. Combined, he is an absolute powerhouse.

Ridiculous synergy for a R/W weenie deck, consider him with any or all of of Vigilante Justice, Cathars' Crusade, Mentor of the Meek, Goldnight Commander, etc. Tap to generate a 1/1, deal 1 damage, pump all your creatures and draw a card for cheap? The Fateful Hour ability is just the icing on the cake.

This card in combination with sublime archangel is one freaking incredible force. Throw in a commander's authority or two as well and watch people cower in fear.

You haven't lived until you've shocked yourself off a superfluous Temple Garden to turn on the enormous Fateful Hour static pump your opponent is overlooking and accordingly induce incorrect blocks for the win. The real icing is that the same artist drew up the tokens this duder spits out :D
