In EDH, it's amusing the first couple of times you see it used. After that, it's just cheesy and annoying.

More EDH possibilities:

Hinder or Spell Crumple, then Tunnel Vision on opponent.
Tunnel Vision on yourself to find a crucial card, then Psychic Spiral to flip opponents deck. Win Win.

Wow i am shocked that nobody has mentioned Booby Trap sofar, either works as a Tutor to get your trap or lets you have exactly what you want opponent to have,

Awesome in a Sedris EDH deck, too. Search for a card and load your graveyard with all sorts of monstrosities.

This card has more going for it then obvious fateseal combos in EDH. In a multi-player game you can reveal this to an opponent during a stressful board situation and ask if they have an answer; if they name a card for you, you can give everyone the answer they need while also putting you a leg ahead in killing that opponent through milling. Great political card and great mill/tutor effect. If you don't know what you're up against you can always just use it as a spoils of the vault that can't kill you. I'm on the bandwagon.
