The timing of paying for spells allows you to tap Eldrazi Spawn to convoke the Wurm before sacrificing them to pay its reduced cost! Therefore:

+ Nest Invader = 8GreenGreenWhiteWhite (total of 9GreenGreenGreenWhiteWhite = 14)
+ Kozilek's Predator = 6GreenGreenWhiteWhite (total of 9GreenGreenGreenWhiteWhite = 14)
+ Nest Invader & Kozilek's Predator = 4GreenWhiteWhite (total of 8GreenGreenGreenWhiteWhite = 13)

OR

+ Skittering Invasion = GreenGreenGreenWhiteWhite (total of 7GreenGreenGreenWhiteWhite = 12)


Alternately, just use it as a fattie alongside your token swarm (I hear it would also power a rather large Overwhelming Stampede). I hear that Conqueror's Pledge, Nomads' Assembly, and Increasing Devotion can make quite a few.

+ Increasing Devotion = 7GreenGreenGreen (total of 10GreenGreenGreenWhiteWhite = 15)
+ Flashback = 2GreenGreenGreen (total of 9GreenGreenGreenWhiteWhite = 14)
+ Increasing Devotion & Flashback = GGG... (see all)

You know what would be cruel. On the fifth turn play a Dramatic Entrance and play him.

In my opinion, white and green have the best synergy. White covers defense with cards like Chant of Vitu-Ghazi, and green covers attack with cards like Siege Wurm. (Notice I'm using cards from Selesnya)
