I guess 2 turns is more powerful then cloning something 5 times, i.e. kicked Rite of Replication.
Rite of Replication is a serious win condition, even in my creature less 
ramp deck. Time Stretch will only win you the game if you got board position going on.

Fun in casual, if you are thinking about paying 
anywhere else than think harder. Every jhoira of the Ghitu EDH should be running this. The newly spoiled Arcane Melee might actually have a use in some casual with cards like this.

I just can't decide witch of the two artwork I like best!!! I love the art and flavor of this card! I'm just going to say it: This card is simple and elegant - even at 10 mana. Nothing says big timmy blue spell better than a Time Stretch.
