In terms of power, this should have been a mythic.

I love artifact decks and play them almost exclusively, but this and Voltaic Key being in the same set just before Scars of Mirrodin, which presumably will be artifact-heavy, makes me a little nervous about the metagame. At least Etherium Sculptor and Tezzeret the Seeker will be out by then.

Scars of Mirrodin just got a whole lot scarier.

The sickiest Artifact I've ever seen, Not only it gives every artifact +1/+1, It gives them permanately...
And on the top of that it comes in very early... Awesome...

This guy plus Juggernaut and Ornithopter is lethal in draft.

Two words: Infest killer.

Mark my words this will not only be strong to power your Scars of Mirrodin armies, but will also protect them from the dreaded Infest mechanic.

Its flavor text is telling us what Scars will be like...

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

So there goes some MORE hope that Scars of Mirrodin won't be as broken as Mirrodin. CMC of 2? Really, Wizards?
