The mana cost is too high to be taken seriously in standard format. Even if you can get Skeletal Grimace or Undying Evil on him, that is still two for one. And don't forget, while you are paying 5 mana for a nested ghoul, your opponent will be paying a similar amount for mythic beater cards.
I really wanted this to be good, but nested ghoul can't keep up with the mana curve where power is concerned =/

Feels like the 2 and the 4 have been switched... Would have been an excellent defender if it had been 2/4, would have made enemies think twice before attacking. As it is you'll be lucky if it goes off more than once.
Comboes with Pestilence Demon for zombies every turn though.

With his tribe he will likely get pumped a bit to help him pump out more zombies. May I recommend plague spitter as a way to keep plopping them out each turn without killing him?
