Izzet Guildmage, Training Grounds. As if it needed more breaking anyway...

Oh, and Pinto, after discarding Temporal Mastery to Spellbound Dragon, do yourself a favour and cast Noxious Revival.

This was a common in the Gamma play test version of Magic. That's the one that says "Opponent Loses next turn" for those who care about History.

The first time I played the owner of the shop I played at, it wasn't restricted, so he popped out like 7 of these things in 3 turns and I lost to a Prodigal Sorcerer.

Pretty awesome how the three humanoids on this card reappeared on Walk the Aeons, albeit with much better/higher quality art.

Hmmm... I'll probably get flamed for this comment, but I just have to say that it's strictly better than Chimney Imp.

How could anyone that plays this game vote lower than 5 for this card? (rage at the utter brokenness of it?)

Fun Fact: This card's early development version made it more broken than it is now.

"Target Player loses next turn"

Meaning your opponent loses the game next turn rather than just losing a turn. The wording was changed but it still ended up being one of the most powerful cards in MTG history :D
