@WannabeJedi: That doesn't work. Horobi has to be on the battlefield as the targeted spell is cast or it won't trigger.
I wish it were an Oni. And why don't I have this for EDH? It's pure gold in a control/chaos deck. HOROBI DENIES YOUR PUNY EQUIPMENT.

In a Horobi, Death's Wail commander deck, the only black card that saves Horobi from itself is Wail of the Nim.
Eldrazi Monument helps though.

Really easy to abuse this card. Its not a "drawback" considering that most things that will target your creatures which your opponents control, would have dealt with them anyways. But since this card is on your side you have the advantage, and can set your deck up to "plague wind" your opponent.

Not only that but its a 4/4 flying for 4. Fantastic card.
