I'd consider it too siutational, particularly for six mana.
Similar to Fact or Fiction, you're the one that makes the final choice, so that's definitely a plus.

But this won't do much against control decks, or decks that just don't run all that many permanents. Sure, this will usually destroy at least a couple of lands in the process, but other times you'll just end up letting your opponent lose 5 or 6 life rather than saccing a permanent or two that he doesn't need that urgently.

There are more reliable cards to choose from that are either more destructive or make your opponent lose about as much life.

However, I really do like the design and the flavor behind it, and it looks like an excellent, fun card in multiplayer, which also makes it more likely that you'll find a "good victim".
