Cool card but only for edh. In any other game I would rather just run Panoptic Mirror and Time Warp and boom infinite turns for the same amount of mana as Time Stretch.

In DotP 2013, there is an combo withArchaeomancer, Followed Footsteps, and this for infinite turns.
First, cast Archaeomancer and enchant him with Followed Footsteps.
Then just cast this, and every other turn use the recursion ability from the Archy tokens to bring back Time Stretch. Time Warp works as well, but using Stretch means you only have to cast it every other turn, leaving you open to cast or recur other spells.

The clothes look a lot like those of an Izzet, and the card's perfect for them too. Did Ral Zarek take some others with him and leave them on other planes?
