Allows you to play Treacherous Pit-Dweller or Rogue Skycaptain without much drawback.

If you run wither, you run this. I've been able to hold down a huge and powerful angel deck with just one of these guys. If you give counters, or your opponents are gaining them, this card is brutal. 5/5 because it ***es people off.
