if i exile this card with Spelltwine, which causes it to cast for no cost, does it go back into my library even though its exiled?

My EDH deck has cast this for 26 before. Then my opponent copied it.

This is a very underrated card that has won me too many games to count. I see it as a must run in any control deck that runs white. It is especially good because it is instant speed. In the inevitable late game, when you have ten or so lands, cast it at the end of your opponent's turn and suddenly you have SEVEN 2/2 tokens that can swing! It also goes back in your library for a potential second round and can be used defensively to create blockers in a pinch. This card is a win condition and can prevent losses. Certainly not a junk rare by any means!

I recently made a white lifegain/token deck. Make a sh1tstorm of 1/1 tokens, sacrifice them with Ashnod's Altar, pay WWW, and make 2/2 tokens of 1/1's. Even better if you have a Soul Warden or Soul's Attendant out.
