I'd run this with lots of land ramp like Ranger's Path and Rampant Growth in Red-green. Oh and maybe Cultivate.

Dragonmaster Outcast. Because if the Angels ever get SOO broken that you have to play ALL OF THEM, your Kaalia EDH deck still needs to have Dragons in it.

Why is this not in the alara block as part of jund? Or he could've been in naya and be excommunicated from jund.
