That is absolutely NOT true. When you Warp World into Avenger of Zendikar and say, 10 lands, they enter the battlefield simultaneously. The Avenger sees 10 lands on the battlefield when it comes into play, and it also sees 10 lands coming into play. You get ten 10/11 plant tokens when you stack the etb abilities properly, no question.

had 12 lands, played boundless realms, then avenger of zendikar, then harrow. 24 2/3 plants. if i waited a turn for the realms, I would have had 12 14/15 plants. This guy with an eldrazi monument is tough to stop.
casual players: make a GBU Landfall EDH deck, include this guy (obviously) and use damia, sage of stone as your general. you will have fun times.

@FoulCaptain: You're demonstrating your poor understanding of the stack. Even if you did "choose the order" that permanents enter the battlefield from Warp World, then you would "choose" to put the Avenger onto the battlefield first, followed by the lands. Triggered abilities go on the stack after the current spell finishes resolving, in the order of their controller's choosing. So I would put the landfall abilities on the stack first, followed by the Avenger's enters the battlefield trigger.

One of my favorite mythics, power-wise and flavor-wise. I like the fact that, unlike most other timmy creatures (iona, griselbrand, etc), cheating it out early doesn't do you very much, and it has a ton of lategame power.
The only problem is keeping track of all the +1/+1 counters, especially if you get another avenger in (or flicker it, etc). Sometimes even this doesn't matter, since you just say "I can one shot you, do you have a board wipe?"
Also, the synergies it has with boundless realms or craterhoof behemoth is hilarious
