I actually saw someone use this, Akroma's Memorial and Awakening Zone in a game once.

Basically, at the beginning of his upkeep, he got a free Akroma.

And yet he didn't win that game in the end. Oh Magic, crazy times.

What happens when Geist of Saint Traft attacks, produces an Angel token, and the attack phase ends?

Does the Essence of the Wild token, that replaced the Angel token, stay after the attack phase ends?

Nacatl War-Pride and Ancient Ooze on the field.
Then this guy.
Attack with the war pride and the Ooze Rancor of course.
Put 6/6 cmc 6 tokens into play per creature.
(706.2. When copying an object, the copy acquires the copiable values of the original object’s characteristics and, for an object on the stack, choices made when casting or activating it (mode, targets, the value of X, whether it was kicked, how it will affect multiple targets, and so on). The "copiable values" are the values derived from the text printed on the object (that text being name, mana cost, color indicator, card type, subtype, supertype, expansion symbol, rules text, power, toughness, and/or loyalty))
The Ooze gets +6/+6 per creature.
You get a 6/6 per creature.
Green=mana ramp this should be easy to achieve.

Has nobody commented on just how creepy this card is? Imagine it... the loss of EVERYTHING you are, turned into a creature of the wild, with no choice in the matter, detachment from anything and everything you used to love, and even the memory of that old life slips away over time, until there's nothing left but the wild, the wild, the wild, nothing but the wild. Creepy.

This card along with Garruk's Packleader basically means you get a permanent version of Glimpse of Nature. Of course both creatures can be destroyed, but that's besides the point that can happen with any creature combo. Who doesn't want 6/6s for 1 mana that also allow you to draw a card. In a cheap mana cost creature deck those two cards can win games. Of course it isn't the quickest method, nothing with Essence of the Wild will likely ever be that quick. I still love it though, just because of how silly it is.
