Enchant player
At the beginning of each end step, enchanted player mills X cards, where X is the number of cards put into their graveyard from anywhere this turn.
Target player reveals their hand. That player discards all nonland cards with the same name as another card in their hand.
Whenever you cast a Spirit or Arcane spell, target opponent exiles a card from their hand.
When Sanity Gnawers enters, target player discards a card at random.
