Enchant player
At the beginning of each end step, enchanted player mills X cards, where X is the number of cards put into their graveyard from anywhere this turn.

Whenever you cast a Spirit or Arcane spell, target opponent exiles a card from their hand.
When Sanity Gnawers enters the battlefield, target player discards a card at random.
