When Bazaar of Wonders enters, exile all graveyards.
Whenever a player casts a spell, counter it if a card with the same name is in a graveyard or a nontoken permanent with the same name is on the battlefield.

X target creatures can't be blocked this turn. Until end of turn, those creatures gain "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, draw a card."
Defender (This creature can't attack.)
: Wall of Wonder gets +4/-4 until end of turn and can attack this turn as though it didn't have defender.
, : Roll a d20. Each opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile an instant or sorcery card, then shuffles the rest into their library. You may cast up to X instant and/or sorcery spells from among cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.
1–9 | X is one.
10–19 | X is two.

Flying
As long as Wonder is in your graveyard and you control an Island, creatures you control have flying.
