Whenever Kukemssa Pirates attacks and isn't blocked, you may gain control of target artifact defending player controls. If you do, Kukemssa Pirates assigns no combat damage this turn.
When Prosperous Pirates enters, create two Treasure tokens. (They're artifacts with ", Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")
Whenever Reef Pirates deals damage to an opponent, that player mills a card.
When Waylaying Pirates enters, if you control an artifact, tap target artifact or creature an opponent controls and put a stun counter on it. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.)
