This is a great 3-drop for any u/g deck, mostly because either you want to draw or your deck is dependent on play u/g spells for combos, or both.

I play this in my Day of the Dragons deck, its great when the enchantment leaves play and everything comes back, doubling the CIP effects.

Also works well with Evacuation, or as a late draw when you need blockers. I think this card is slightly better than people give it credit for. Nice creature-types too.

Ah fond memories. I think Eventide is where I found my love for Green or Blue. God damn Slippery Bogle was in every deck I could fit him in. I loved that little bastard.

I really love this card, I haven't been too much for green/blue decks, but this card really does it.
I, myself thinks that cards with 2 power for two mana are great, bu this thing is a 2/2 for either GG, GU or UU and an extra draw for U or G, it's card advantage at it's top, because as you change this card for the top card of your library, you don't lose it, you get a little chump on the field that serves you.
