on a side note since you apparently regarded this creature's ability as exceptional:
your comment was basically some criticism about the efficiency of the (once keyworded, and regarding feature sets pretty much by "intimidate" replaced) ability "fear" in general.
by the way, unless you're going to use this in block constructed or care for creature types - use Prickly Boggart instead which is, when disregarding creature types, strictly better since it only costs

Inkfathom Witch is also strictly better. Frightcrawler nearly is. If you don't plan to block, there are a bunch of 2-power guys like Nezumi Cutthroat and many with shadow.

My point exactly. Every set has "junk" limited cards, even urza. The weakest cards have nothing to do with the strongest cards, as wizards seem to think.
