My secret wolf and wolf support only deck is coming into fruition >:D! When I made my first one it was right at M10 and had no non-wolf cards but one Master of the Wild Hunt. It was actually fairly good for its first games. Sometimes when my fungus put saprolings into play I pretend to myself they're wolves and the fungus are their dens! :D *Rocks back and forth* no no no don't Pyroclasm them they are mmmmMMMYYY PRECIOUS! haha just kidding ... maybe
I rated it a 4.5 its not broken and I don't think it will do well in non-mono green decks. It's a unique card that has part large creatures with abilities (a 4/4 for 4 with a multikicker). Combined with the green token production. AND that art is soooo cool. All the wolves are like "is it safe did the Pyroclasm leave yet?" And Wolfbriar is like "yes my babas it is safe frolic in the eldrazi fields!"
"maybe"

A good card, got him at the pre-release Worldwake tourney. I don't know if he is THAT amazing, as his cost prevents him from being a guaranteed win by any stretch. For a late-game pull though when mana is available OR if you have a deck that provides a lot of additional green sources like Llanowar Elves, you could see him being a game changer.
He is also an elemental, so he'll benefit from various spells of that clan.
4.5/5

Doesn't beat out Mycoloth in token generation if only because you get the tokens every turn. Still looks like a fun card though.

IMO this is a lot better than continuous token producers, only for the simple reason that Mycoloths, Creakwood Lieges, Imperious Perfects etc. are removal magnets and tend to die before you get even a single untap with them. As has been said if you kick this it's going to take two cards to get rid of both the elemental and the wolves unless the opponent plays a Wrath effect or a big Earthquake.
5/5 for awesome flavor and potential for greatness. I just love green.

No matter what mana cost you play him at there's a better option for that cost but he's pretty reasonable. Good anywhere along your curve which makes him good for unpredictable singleton formats or in aggro decks that wouldn't mind a big cost finisher for when their turn three and four plays have fallen short. When I first the multikicker that gave 2/2s for just G I freaked out but I see now that this is a powerful but superbly balanced card.

Card advantage is always good. Unfortunately, for Wolfbriar, it's not good enough for competitive standard at the moment. With Blue-White taking the throne, one saved Essence Scatter will decimate this card. Otherwise, a tide-turner in Eldrazi-Green variants. 2.5/5 for being solid, but rarely used.

BTW MonoGreen will never be good because board wipe exist.
