Pair this with City of Solitude, Thorn of Amethyst, and Hand to Hand:
- Players can only play spells during their own turns
- Players can't play spells during combat
- During main phases, sorceries are that much more painful to cast
- Noncreature spells are now more expensive
-
Bonus points if you can get a Feroz's Ban on the battlefield as well to really *** off everyone at the table!
I'd be p1ssed against a deck like that. Then they Donate a Grid Monitor to me. And they're playing {W} for Pacifism. Woo.

Well that could be highly irritating.

I wonder if they had anything in mind.
Turn 4 is a little late to be fending off Stone Rains and Hymn to Tourachs. Wrath of God, maybe? Or Armageddon?
This obscure card's obscure brother is In the Eye of Chaos.

Almost all the game changing board wipes are Sorceries, you're usually giving yourself three or more turns to beat face while they struggle to drop that board-wipe unless they can destroy the enchantment, which gives you one more turn to prepare a counter or similar effects anyway.
