@yesnomu:
I made a similar deck with the Trader, Conquering Manticore, Emrakul's Hatcher, Splinter Twin, and Mark of Mutiny, with Everflowing Chalices and lots of Eldrazi spawn ramp, and some good burn. I call it "Red Deck Steals".
Love this little guy though, he's capable of some pretty nutty stuff.

@DacenOctavio Or you could just, you know, attack with Colossus and win the same turn...

I keep these in my UR deck with some Cryptoplasms & Dominus of Fealtys. Keeps their field nice and clear.

@ArchangelTsuya:
You can already do that, emperor uses the deploy creatures option, giving ALL creatures T: target teammate gains control of this creature, activate this only anytime you could play a sorcery.

@BrightOrangePants
Thats not how Phage works. If she is already on the field, then she does not cause any one to lose the game. Her ability says "When Phage the Untouchable enters the battlefield, if you didn't cast it from your hand, you lose the game." If she is already on the battlefield then some one else gaining control of her wouldn't cause them to lose the game. There are other ways to get them to lose with Phage by giving her to them. Thats not one of them.

Turns temporary steal effects like Act of Treason and Ray of Command into permanent steal effects. Makes this guy a solid contributor.
