Works well in a Boros deck, good luck fighting an 8/8 trampling vigilance

It's big, its abrasive and its in your face. I like it, try this with Glory Of Warfare and watch it pull double duty

A fatty in two colors that's not used to fatties (not counting Angels). Although it does have haste and vigilance, the size of the beast makes me think that there ought to be some green mana in there somewhere. I'm not complaining though - I'm happy that I can use this card in Boros colors.

Me: I attack you with a 5/5.
My friend: What 5/5?
*I pay 6, drop Bull Cerodon*
Me: This one.
*He pays 2, casts Flashfreeze*
My friend: Again, what 5/5?
*I pay 1, answer with Guttural Response*
Me: The one over there, are you blind?
Feels good, man XD

OK people. I like this card. Vigilance + haste is a lovely red white combo of abilities, attacking and blocking from the get-go. It's elegantly simple and a worthy creature.
But before my 3.5/5, this was rated higher than Inferno, Frost, and even Primeval Titan. This is a 5/5 that does nothing but attack and block for the same cost.

I've got a 60-card deck using Naya colors. I was thinking about this card. I decided that this card might be worth using in a Boros-colored deck, but for a Naya-colored deck, I'd rather transform one of the colorless mana in the cost to a green mana and play Meglonoth. Meglonoth doesn't have the Haste, but Meglonoth doesn't need it. For 6, it's just a much better creature in most circumstances.
(As I referred to above, the Cerodon may be better in Boros-flavored decks, which, with more Red than Naya, probably have more Haste/burn type stuff, and can probably benefit much more than Naya from a 5/5 with Haste.)

I like it. Should have been 4/4 vigilance, haste, 3RW so it would fit in with Serra Angel and Sentinel Spider. I guess it might have been too easy to cascade into though.
4/5
