I agree with jam_marie, great for EDH. Also, Amulet of Vigor makes this and similar cards monsters.

This isn't obsolete simply because you can find reason to use both these and some of the better dual lands in the same deck.

Obsolete now? It's been obsolete ever since Kazandu Refuge was printed. I think that's fairer comparison, too, since both cards are uncommons while Raging Ravine is a rare.
