+8 damage on turn 3 for 0 (Ornithopter/Memnite/Phyrexian Walker)? Hellz ya!
+6 damage on turn 3 for 1 (any 1CC creature)? Sure!
+1 meellion damage on turn 7 for 4Black. Yup.

How this is not an instant 5 from everyone is beyond me.

This card wins games before you can hard-cast it. Not as good as Overrun by turn 5... but so much more versatile. Instant. Alternate casting cost that allows you to play it on turn 2 or 3 for the win.

I guess this isn't terrible in a deck which can pump out a swarm of tokens. Instants are always worth consideration, especially ones you can play when you're tapped out. Seems like a decent combat trick, or maybe a black Overrun in the right deck.

WOW this is awesome with Lingering Souls. Evasive creatures/tokens really rock this card. Tormented Soul and Nether Traitor help really make this gold.
