Dropping ANY goblin in your deck for 3 IS pretty brutal.
In casual.

Need a lot of goblins? This is how you get em. Siege-gang Commander? No problem. Next turn...another Siege-gang Commander? Yes sir! 8 goblins for 6 mana? God why isn't this used more? I crush my play group with this little guy.

how come nobody has commented on this card with a rating so high? I don't even play goblins and I feel like this should be a staple in almost any casual goblin deck.

It's like the Dark's Goblin Wizard except better.

If this card was a goblin it would be a god in Legacy goblin builds. As it is it's too restricted on playability, which is too bad.

When I first built my Goblin deck, I missed this girl simply because she isn't a Goblin. Next time around, I certainly won't.
Due to its mana cost and non-goblinism it may be more expensive than the faster Goblin decks want, but it's a tutoring and card advantage machine. Being able to get out Siege Gang Commander at instant speed and for only 3 mana is just insane, as is being able to get out Kiki-Jiki (for 6 mana you can have out a Siege Gang and a Kiki-Jiki which will permanent make 3 extra goblin tokens a turn!!!).
Get it, love it.

Skyshroud Poacher is sort of like the same card in green for elves. Seahunter is sort of like the same card in blue for merfolk.
It's kind of weird that a card that's supposed to work together with goblins has such an abusive fla... well no, actually, that's pretty much par for the course for goblins, huh?

The highest rated mercenary, perfect for non-Mercenary tribal decks.

It loses some punch, not being a goblin itself, thus not getting any bonuses from lords and the like.
But the fact that it combines tutoring and card-drawing to put something directly into play.
