Very pricy, but that effect is pretty much win. However I would say that surgical extraction does it slightly better for none of the mana cost.

A ritual just to Exclude Jace from the party? Well! Isn't that just rude!

@Jokergius: They don't get the card back if it gets disenchanted, but they can cast more. Cards tend to stop affecting the battlefield once they're in the graveyard.

It's expensive, but has a lot of power. You can Flicker it with Flickerwisp, Glimmerpoint Stag, and Venser, the Sojourner.

In a huge multiplayer game, use it to knock out Doubling Season and watch people foam at the mouth.

Good target for Enduring Ideal. (Well, once you've got all the Paradox Hazes in play)

This is how you get Relentless Rats to relent.
But also: whose brain is that?

Two questions from anyone who wants to answer.
Q1: This card is legal in commander decks, but does it allow the owner to permanently disable opponent's commander? Ie. Imprint the commander and then they cannot EVER re-summon that card as long as this enchantment is in play?
Q2: If Q1 is true. HOW is that legal in commander?
