AWESOME COMBO for a blue/red deck I was thinking of for extended or casual .
To continue what DacenOctavio said here :
Training Grounds + Liquimetal Coating. Now it really IS Shatter every turn! If you wanted to be a douche-bag, you could shoot your opponent's lands. Definitely one of the most versatile dragons, and one of the most threatening in this block.

training grounds + liquimetal coating would let you eat anything for 1R or with 2 training grounds out , R. INSANE !

Master Transmuter -> Gleemax -> sac with Hoard-Smelter Dragon -> Fling/Unblockability. After this it's generally considered common courtesy to hand your opponent a tissue to cry into.

Mycosynth Lattice
Metalworker
Freed From the Real
and the rest is just gravy

Really strong advantage engine for red. In EDH, a lot of artifacts are used to ramp decks that don't use green. This card can punish those decks really badly while also helping to clear the random jitte that pops up every once in a while.

A recommended card in any EDH deck that has red. Reusable artifact destruction is quite invaluable.
