I'm not disappointed in this card itself since it was created when the game was new and nobody yet understood just how weak 1-shot creature buffs tend to be.

That being said, I really hate it when drek like this floats back up for another pass at cluttering up boosters with unplayable cards... why was this reprinted in M2010? Would Leap have broken the game if it had returned instead?

I don't this card is ALL bad. Imagine how funny it would be to give you massive 8/8 beater flying, just for the *** of it. Watching your Leviathan leap majestically into the air to slamdunk this victory like a mad ***, for only 1 mana! There's novelty in that, I'm sure.
