quick question: if this becomes a 5/5 creature from Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas, does it keep its indestructibility?

This card is a must for serious metalcraft decks. Trinket Mage can tutor it if you don't draw on your opening hand, and the security of having consistent metalcraft online makes this a worthwhile addition.

I like how a daily MTG article just straight out called this bad.

This card is useless because its just a indestructible artifact.

Okay, I get it. Metalcraft, Tezz can abuse it, fine. But why the hell is this thing Uncommon? Do you know how many puppies I'd kill if I got this as an Uncommon?! 0, 0 puppies because thats wrong. But I would not enjoy them as much.

I like this card. It may not be very good, but it's damn cool flavorwise. You get some pretty hilarious reactions when you play it in casual, and then wipe the smirk off your opponents face by making it useful somehow.

I love the idea of a card that does absolutely nothing, yet is quite useful.
