Hard to tell how well this one's going to perform once the meta settles down, but based on the number of token-creating effects, it may be downright playable. Slagstorm's a lot scarier when it costs {R} and could kill a Titan twice over (more, actually).
At the very least, it's probably the most consistent EDH board wipe Red will ever see.

Shivan Meteor on all creatures. All the creatures. All of them.
I got 3 of these in a fat pack. They are all being used.

@Charles379
Affiiniity for Creature2 would read, "CARDNAME co2t2 {1} le22 to ca2t for each creature you control."
Bla2phemou2 Act read2, "Bla2phemou2 Act co2t2 {1} le22 to ca2t for each creature on the battlefiield."

Okay, why hasn't anyone mentioned Vigor yet?
Just sit back with a bunch of little guys, and wait for everyone to drop their creatures, then, use this guy, get 13 +1/+1 counters on all of your creatures, watch as their creatures die, then swing for, blarg. Even if Vigor dies, who cares? You have an army of creatures with 13 +1/+1 counters, and if you really want to secure the win, go ahead and use Reverberate and Wrap In Vigor, insuring that all of your creatures end up with 24 of those bad boys.
