i guess the point of it was to be modal, so you could throw it on your opponents creatures to give ground units a chance to sneak by, or put them on your non-fliers to give them a chance to defend against flyers.
I always liked the idea behind this card, however it just isnt practicle

"Wow, a card that is strictly worse than Flight. That is just brutal."
It's not strictly worse--you can put this on an opponent's creature to force your non-flying creatures through.

Might be okay to prevent their Enormous Baloth from blocking your Merfolk of the Pearl Trident. But even then, there's Dark Banishing for that.

@Superllama12: It's still a colored spell when you cast it, so no.

Great art, also awesome because it is the only card with "bladder" in its name which, even without the definition, is a pretty funny word. Also it is versatile to keep their Emrakul from blocking your Phage, and can also be used in combo with Wing Snare 5/5
However, this card sucks in every other way, plus there are much easier ways to do the stuff in the previous combo than that, such as exiling with Journey to Nowhere, which is a 1 for 1 deal, instead of 2 for 1...also, it gives their guy evasion .5/5
I'll average this to 1/5
