He's potentially a 9/9 flyer for 6, kid.
But what's really important? 16 mana. Still the most mana-intensive card in the game and that makes me glad. This way it's just as fun to flip him with Erratic Explosion as it is to actually play him.

One of the best deals ever for a Domain deck. Pop out a 9/9 flyer turn 5 with even the most halfway thought out mana ramp. Proceed to pummel your opponent.

We need wizards to print an equipment called Leather Pants for this. Check TVTropes for the reason why.

Yeah, it's potentially an undercosted six-mana beater. But is it really better than other six-mana creatures? I'd rather play any of the titan cycle, not to mention several dozen other fatties.
You're better off just using this guy in Dracoplosion!

You know he's not Legendary. I could see a deck with 4 of this, 4 Phyrexian Dreadnoughts, and 4 Tinkers

Back in the days of the Invasion block and the dawn of Odyssey I traded my Mirari for this card (I was playing Domain heavily... well, exclusively back then) and never looked back. I love getting this monstrosity early in the game.

@Kirbster - Fun Fact: This was originally going to be printed with CMC 20, but they reduced the cost of it for exactly that reason.

pretty cool, potentially a 9/9 flyer for 8 at no draw back, has the same problem as evey domain though, no garenty that you reach there potential.
