right off the bat, a 4 cost 3/3 with trample at common rarity should be a no-brainer. The extra Scavenge is just a little frosting on the limited (and casual) beast.
And now, here's where my reason for commenting on this card comes in:
Have you all noticed that Scavenge is always just a secondary, minor ability of the creatures it is on? Let's look at all of the Scavenge cards in general...
There are 10: Korozda Monitor, Deadbridge Goliath, Slitherhead, Dreg Mangler, Sluiceway Scorpion, Golgari Decoy, Drudge beetle, Sewer Shambler, Zanikev Locust, and Terrus Wurm.
Each of these creatures have a different scavenge cost. If you add them all together and divide by 10, the average scavenging cost is 4.6 (or if you're to round to realism, ). The average power, however, is... (see all)

3/5. A 3/3 for 4 is average. A scavenge cost of 7 for +3/+3 is overcosted.
