As I understand it, this can be put into any Commaner/EDH deck since it is not actually a Swamp, but has an ability that alters it into a Swamp.
"Basic land words (swamp, forest, etc) in the text box of a card do NOT represent a coloured mana symbol. They are not restricted to Commander of the same colour identity."

ndrew68- nah, they got the color balance right in this set :) Look at From the Vault: Exiled and you'll see some similar patterns- each color needs a bit of love, and to put BOTH Cabal Coffers AND Urborg in would have been way too much love for Black, as there wouldn't have been something you could offer the other colors of commensurate value. They picked the right one of the two, given they had to choose one. :)

Kinda sad that I think most people don't even remember who Yawgmoth really is anymore, but at least he DID get into the Vault! Deserves it more than anyone but Urza. :D

Something to keep in mind when playing this: it's also a swamp. You can tap it and get black mana. Same goes for your other utility lands that you have out. It seems obvious on paper, but believe me, I've seen some players forget that in the heat of a duel, and underestimate how big their potential mana pool can get. It can do more than simply enable swampwalk!
