Reanimate with additional benefits. Should be rated higher, I mean it's strictly better than Reanimate.

Worthless. Death could be so playable in Reanimate decks, when the other part would have been blue or white. Reanimate decks are never splashed with green, and certainly never use enough mana to make the green part worth something. Now no one will prefer this card over Reanimate itself.

Awesome in Nic fit decks in my opinion. Ramp out lands like crazy with Veteran Explorer; recur him with this if you draw multiples, then turn your lands into a nightmare of damage with life.
