5/5 and here's why:
Step 1:, get fatty-Mc7/7 out.
Step 2: keep fatty alive.
Step 3: untap, bait their chump with a swing from fatty, drop Pit Fight on their Declare Blockers step, kill their blocker BEFORE it blocks, get through for super-Trample.
Step 4: prepare for cards to be thrown at your face in aggravation!

I miss damage on the stack.
Use to do molder slug 4/6 contested cliffs.
Bring back stacked damage and pit fight becomes broken.
I will pit fight my 5/5 vs your 5/5 damage on the stack.
Pit fight same 5/5 vs another creature.
And so on. Just becaome a 1 creature wrecking crew.
Was the death of goblin bidding comboed with ravonous baloth.

ok if my opponent declairs attackers then pumps his creature up with blood rush can i play this card and make his attacking creature fight one of my creatures before i take the combat damage from his attacking creature?

Nobody mentioned Nivix Cyclops yet? Pretty good IMHO, because he gets the pump before the fight, then can attack after. Also, since it's an instant, works on defense too. Isochron Scepter Fight Club sounds like a fun deck.

Why only a 3 star rating? Yeah its worse than most removal by far, but how many other removal spells are there in mono green? Not to mention that you can use this for some pretty nice combos since it can hurt your own creature. Use it to pump your Protean Hydra up. Or if you have a revive or regrowth use it to kill your own thragstusk and then revive it. Its especially great if you have a Garruk's Packleader on the field, 5 life, a 3/3 beast, and you get to draw 2 cards all for killing your own creature. If you are talking about using this in a multicolored deck, well its value goes way down. There are a lot of better options, but in monogreen I like, I like it a lot.
