I don't think this would be so horribly broken if the enchantment itself were indestructible. Heck, it might actually see some play, then.

While being able to enchant any permanent is nice, this is just sort of an underwhelming card. As you go to enchant any of your dudes they'll just Doom Blade him or something in response.

I think keywords should be capitalized to prevent confusion for newer players. Keywording indestructible was nice, but now any new player would just look at this and think it was a grammatical mistake. It should be "Enchanted permanant has Indestructible."
It would make sense on other keywords too, so they stand out a bit more. "Destroy target creature with Flying"
