@lorendorky Make sense, the only indicator of his size is that ax he is carrying. Clearly the Orc is very tiny and carrying an ax for normal sized people.

He looks like he's axing for directions.

@wstonefi: That would have been a functional change, albeit a minor one, actually. Imagine this hypothetical scenario: You have two cards in hand, one that costs RRR and one that costs GGG. Seismic Assault and Predator Ooze, I guess. You activate the orc's ability, then an opponent makes you discard a card. Suddenly it'd matter quite a bit if you'd chosen R or G with it, whereas adding R/G R/G R/G would have no such problem.
Anyway, I actually prefer this Duel Deck to the FtV: 20 product for the obvious reason of not costing over a hundred bucks and still having a bunch of quality reprints. Here's hoping Duel Deck products continue to pack full of useful reprints.

I prefer the old illustration, but at least this card is more available now.

@lorendorky
A cat can also take out most humans and elves. Cats are beast. *rimshot*
Better art, better flavor. Nice reprint. Maybe we might actually start getting orcs that actually look like orcs now, and—with any luck—new, non-pussified orcs in the future as well. Fingers crossed.

@Pigfish99
your math is wrong. You can have a EIGHT CMC on your second turn if you tap both forest before you sac them. Just be sure you summon something with hexproof or shroud or else it's going to die to a doomblade in a few turns. good choices are Archetype of Endurance, Plated Slagwurm, or Skyshroud Behemoth. personaly i prefer quantity over quality so i would choose 2 Blastoderm

Unfortunately, orc tribal is even worse than dwarf tribal. Although there are some playable orcs, such as this, Orcish Spy, Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper, Orcish Settlers, and Orcish Squatters, these cards don't have much synergy with each other.
