For an uncommon, it has potential to be a powerhouse utility.

On the curve, gets bigger, and scrying is also relevant.

THis card seems too good to be an Uncommon. I think it could be a rare. 2 drop for 2 mana. I get the mana cost in specific but still. He can make himself bigger while giving you a peak at your next draw. In white blue decks that is extremely helpful.

I'm making a Scry/Heroic deck with this and Flamespeaker Adept. I can just imagine this:
Turn 1: Hallowed Fountain
Turn 2: Plains, Battlewise Hoplite
Turn 3: Sacred Foundry, Flamespeaker Adept
Turn 4: Plains, 2 Gods willing on this, Scry four times, 2 Gods willing on the Adept.Name whatever colors they're playing. Swing with a 4/4 Hoplite and a 22/3 Adept.
I realize this is a god hand, but it's still awesome.

This has got everything I want from a 2-CMC. 2/2 body is solid on curve, AND it gets bigger everytime you target it with a spell, AND it scrys... Put this in a deck with Ephara's Enlightenment for good times!

This guy is an awesome 2-drop in a U/W heroic deck. Turn one you cast a Favored Hoplite, turn two this guy, then on turn 3 you can cast an Ordeal of Heliod on him and swing for 5, then next turn swing for six and gain 10 life.
