Does anyone else find it ironic that Nemesis of Mortals works right after this? :p Whoops, guess I was praying to Erebos today.

Scientists will tell you that you should rather commune with Nature than with Gods.
And those among you that truly believe in the power of a god such as Erebos...
even you might want to consider getting unfaithful towards him after calling for help.

This is NOT for finding one card you need. This is a cantrip that fills your graveyard for decks that use that to their advantage. Don't under-rate a card you don't understand the use of!

Did everyone miss the fact that Elspeth was communing with Karametra, before Karametra was introduced in Born of the Gods? I did.
I'll be extremely disappointed if Elspeth's meeting with Karametra and the battle with the sables is skipped in the Journey to Nyx book.
Although the Champion who fought the Returned at Karametra's shrine might not be Elspeth, since she isn't mentioned by name. Elspeth is a Champion of the Sun, but there have been many Champions in the past. The Theriad is a collection of stories, not a history of one particular woman.
Surprisingly beautiful card in foil. This artwork is a real gem.
