Hey it's the guy from M10 Mind Control! This is more fodder for Zedruu the Greathearted decks.

So what you're saying is, all I have to do is attack a mutual opponent of ours instead of you, and as a token of your gratitude I can--no, I get to--untap a whole permanent? I know who's not getting attacked by this guy!

"So, what you are saying is that if I attack him and you both, I get to tap your single blocker?"
If you use this in multi-player, it will eventually be used against you unless all your permanents have shroud, hexproof or protection for blue.
If you have a stronger board position, they will be attacking the cursed player and tapping your stuff. If you have a control build with a smaller board presence, they will be tapping your Fog Bank and hitting you in the face. Or tapping your Ertai. Or tapping your lands so that you can't counter their stuff.
Don't forget, if you are playing this, then you are "the blue guy" in that multi-player match. By default, people don't like their stuff being countered. There's no love for the blue guy. If you pay for something that they can use against you, they will oblige.
At first this may seem good idea, but the only way it won't backfire is if you are already losing.
