As I type this comment (after Born of the Gods, but before Journey into Nyx), a quick search on gatherer tells me that there are currently exactly 40 legendary creatures in standard, 10 of which are gods.
Discounting gods, running 24 lands in all 5 colours and 4 copies of this allows us to run all 30 remaining legendary creatures in a singleton deck, with 2 spaces to spare. I do not know what those remaining 2 spaces are supposed to be used for, perhaps an extra copy of 2 of your own personal favourite creature? Or whichever god/s you pray to?
People, you have your legendary deck, make it happen.

Ugh. I want to like this card, but I just can't. Yeah, the flavor is tasty. But I feel like most of that could have been conserved while making this a more playable card outside of legend-themed EDH decks. Like maybe eliminating the word "other", making this at least a colorless legend-only anthem when you have only one legend, and probably averaging around +2/+2 or +3/+3 in ideal circumstances in the right deck. Or maybe an effect more like Door of Destinies? It would still represent a sort of legendary council, only each creature leaves behind some helpful knowledge/gear/inspirational writing/whatever when they leave. Or like fogguy suggested, remove the word "random" to give you the ability to order your cards à la Jar of Eyeballs. I dunno, maybe I'm underestimating the power of the pseudo-tutor effect.
I think my main grievance is it's just way too niche. Anyone who gets this in Draft or Sealed will feel bad, and it won't even get touche... (see all)
