I think so Forgeling, because Landwalking abilities use a lands subtypes only. Wizards would have to rewrite that ruling part in order to phrase it like this.
Strangely, a land's supertypes seem to work again when taking a look at Livonya Silone or Ayumi, the Last Visitor.
Nonetheless you could just call it like this for short and others will likely understand what you mean.
Myr Landshaper and Memnarch can turn your opponent's lands into artifacts, given that you're looking for a little block-related combo.

There are things which allow you to block creatures with landwalk abilities as if they didn't have those abilities. However, since this doesn't technically give your creatures landwalk...

Yeah Wizards, this should balance artifact lands. Good thinking.

Creatures you control have Artifact Landwalk. Would that have been so hard?

I feel that this card is harshly underrated. It was murder back it came out. I mean, this was part of a very small answer to affinity decks for me. Plus, it's not all that hard to convert permanents to artifacts anymore. I enjoy the idea of my GIANT green creatures (and any other colored ones for that matter) being unblockable. Plus, she's 3 for a 2/2. Hard to go wrong with that body considering her ability.

"Creatures you control are 100/100 with double strike as long as your opponent controls an attacking, unblocked Phage, the Untouchable."
