Clone got tired of waiting, so he wrote a check.

I hate this card in Commander. More than that, I hate the players that try to justify it by saying "well, it's reliant on your opponents decklist, and besides, you get to punish them for playing powerful, expensive creatures!". Way to absolutely *** all over the spirit of the format. That, and its a game-changing/closing bomb for 5cmc 95% of the time with no prior setup or effort required. Also, nothing feels dirtier than other people thumbing through your deck and ripping out cards.
One last thing, anyone else feel this card was designed by a 5-year-old? Can't stress it enough, this card is so incredibly lame.

Fun card against vintage Oath of Druids deck if you can ever get it out.

I absolutely love this card. I like to use it against my friends Eldrazi deck. Steal Emrakul, the Aeons Torn for 5 mana? Cant beat that. The only problem is if you are playing a small creature deck, perhaps a goblin deck

This thing is a house in EDH. My friend once snatched Emrakul out of my deck using this card, only to have my other buddy cast Shields of Velis Vel then Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund on the following turn. Craziness ensued. Amazing card.

@rpgrafael
Really? They should ban this card because it's unfair against people playing Emrakul? Have you ever played a deck capable of playing Emrakul fairly early? It's pretty unfair.

Does anybody know of a card that does the same thing, but allows you to take a card like... Karn, for instance. I would like to be able to pretty much steal peoples plainswalkers.

Praetor's Grasp does something like that, but you have to be able to cast the card yourself. (If it's actually Karn you're grabbing, that won't be hard.)
