My idea for this was Cloak and Dagger plus Artificial Evolution, though I suppose Lightning Greaves would work just as well or maybe better...

Turn 1-3; Sundial the infinite.
Turn 4, Cast, tap Sundial. End turn, no lost turns.
Turn 5+; win game.
